The "P.S. Girl Search" Competition (The Competition) is organized and hosted by P.S O'Brian Consulting.

The Competition is open to young ladies (born females) in the age categories 7-17 and 18-26 who reside in Nassau, Bahamas. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental/guardian permission to enter. 

The Competition begins at 12:00 a.m. November 5, 2018 and ends 11:59 a.m. November 30, 2018. P.S. O'Brian Consulting reserves the right to change or end the Competition at any time. (Competition Period)

Participants must follow P.S. O'Brian Consulting on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. 

Participants are to upload a 1-minute long video to Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #PSGirlSearch stating what they think it means to be a queen and if they had a platform/cause they would advocate for, what would it be and why. Full name and age must be included in caption.

Friends and family are encouraged to like, share and comment in way of support however, the winner will be chosen by a panel of expert judges in the modeling, pageantry and non-profit organization industries. The amount of likes, shares or comments will NOT determine the winner.

Participants are to note that ultimately, the competition is a platform to groom and polish winners and speaking and modeling opportunities may be presented. P.S. O'Brian Consulting reserves the right to strip the title and take away contract prizes (or prizes not already redeemed) if winner(s) do not align with the brand of P.S. O'Brian Consulting. A new winner will then be selected.

During the timeline as "P.S. Girl", winners must not participate in any public controversy ranging from politics, nudity, profanity, violence or otherwise. Winners are not to use P.S. O'Brian Consulting or its partners brand in any negative form, be it verbal (radio, television etc.) or on any social media outlet. Winners must not use P.S. O'Brian Consulting or any of its partners to promote any other items or services that they are not affiliated with. Any breach in this regard will result in the stripping of said title and another winner chosen.

The judges' decision in all matters relating to this Competition is final.

P.S. O'Brian Consulting reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the competition and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the competition subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, Participants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook or any other form of social media. By entering this Competition, Users are providing information to P.S. O'Brian Consulting and not to Instagram or Facebook and agree to release Instagram and Facebook from any liability associated with the Competition.

By participating in the Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
