An immersive four-week etiquette and confidence program designed to refine presence, polish, and self-assurance in young ladies. Through guided instruction and practical application, participants develop the skills to move through social and professional spaces with confidence, grace, and respect.

Week 1: Deportment & Presence

Foundations of how a young lady carries herself.

Posture, poise, and alignment
Sitting, standing, and walking confidently
Hand and foot placement
First impressions and image awareness
Building inner confidence and self-trust

Week 2: Personal Care & Digital Etiquette

Cultivating respect for self and one’s image.

Personal hygiene and grooming standards
Dental and body care
Understanding self-presentation as self-respect
Online etiquette and digital presence
Social media awareness and personal branding

Week 3: Dining Etiquette

Confidence at the table in formal and social settings.

Table settings and utensil use
Napkin etiquette and dining posture
How to eat soup and salad with ease
Chopstick etiquette
Dining confidence through live practical sessions

Week 4: Social Grace & Refinement

Applying etiquette in real-world scenarios.

Proper greetings and introductions
Entering and exiting a room with confidence
Speaking clearly and respectfully
Social awareness and composure
Final practical application and refinement

8 in-person mentorship sessions over 4 weeks
Confidence and deportment training
Social, dining, and etiquette instruction
Live dining practicals (soup and salad service)
